　on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships

March 28 - March 30, 2000, Tokyo

　　Toward the common goal of preventing and suppressing piracy and armed robbery against ships, all the delegates attending the conference actively and positively participated in the discussion and reached a broad agreement on the thrust of the "Tokyo Appeal", which is to be finalized through their normal domestic procedures.
