- Inquiries related to the "Private Lodging Business Act," "registration of private lodging" and on the private lodging system are answered at the call center for the Private Lodging System.
- Please be noted that some inquiries may not be answered, depending on the details about which decision will be entrusted to which particular administrative agency.
Guidance on Private Lodging System Operation System (Japanese only)
In the Private Lodging System Operating System, the Private Lodging Business Operator, the Private Lodging Administrator and the Private Lodging Agent (including those who are to operate these) can conduct procedures, including application and report, in accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act.
Main Functions of the Private Lodging System Operation System
1. Can transact procedures, including application and registration, online without visiting an office.
2. Aids in easy-to-create documents without defects with its input check function, etc.
3. Can manage information on administrative procedures related to one's own business, including past procedures.
4. Can manage online periodic reporting on the total number of accomodation days, for Private Lodging Business Operators.
