A number of Heads of Foreign State and Celebration Envoys from various countries will visit Japan around this October 22 and 23. In view of this, the following airports will be allocated for the departure, arrival and parking of the government aircraft (including ferry flights) of each country having priority in principle during the period from October 19 (Saturday) to October 26 (Saturday).
Specifically, as Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Narita International Airport will be used for incoming and outgoing VIPs of various countries, the highest priority will be given to the government aircraft of respective countries. Your understanding and cooperation would be appreciated.

Tokyo International (Haneda), Narita International, Kansai International, Chubu Centrair International, New Chitose, Fukuoka, Naha, Hakodate, Aomori, Hanamaki, Sendai, Niigata, Ibaraki, Shizuoka, Komatsu, Toyama, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yonago, Matsuyama, Takamatsu, Yamaguchi-Ube, Kitakyushu, Nagasaki, Saga, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki and Kagoshima
3. Non-scheduled flight operation
You might be able to use the above airport(s) for non-scheduled flight even during the above period, subject to no hindrance to the airport operation or to humanitarian purposes. Please contact respective airports for details.
