国土交通省では、海外の投資家に対する我が国の不動産に関する情報発信の強化に取り組んでいます。この度、その取り組みの一環として、英語表記による不動産取引価格情報の検索サイト「土地総合情報システム」（http://www.land.mlit.go.jp/webland_english/top.html）を平成２１年２月２５日（水）から公表いたします。

　公表する不動産取引価格情報は、法務省から提供を受けた不動産取引に係る登記情報により、取引当事者（買主）に対して取引価格等に関するアンケート調査を実施した後、調査によって得られた情報を容易に特定できないよう配慮されたものであり、日本語による土地総合情報システム（http://www.land.mlit.go.jp/webland/）で公表している不動産取引価格情報と同じ内容の情報を、英語表記にしたものです。今回の公表対象は、既に日本語で公表している全ての情報（平成17年第３四半期から平成20年第３四半期に取引された情報）です。今後は、日本語表記による情報の公表に合わせて四半期ごとに公表する予定です。

 

調査対象地域　

　平成１７年度分：三大都市圏の政令指定都市等

　平成１８年度分：全国の政令指定都市を中心とする地域

　平成１９年度分以降：全国の県庁所在都市など地価公示対象地域

 

　なお、英語表記による「土地総合情報システム」へは、土地・水資源局のＨＰである土地総合情報ライブラリーの英語ページ（http://tochi.mlit.go.jp/english/index.html）からアクセスすることが出来ます。

 

 

 The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) is trying to reinforce dispatch of the information about the real estate of our country for the overseas investor. This time, as a part of the action, MLIT will announce search site "Land General Information System" (http://www.land.mlit.go.jp/webland_english/top.html) of the real estate transaction-price information by the English notation from Wednesday, February 25, 2009.

 The information announced is all information that MLIT has already announced in Japanese (the information from Third Quarter in 2005 to Third Quarter in 2008). MLIT will announce the real estate transaction-price information quarterly hereafter.

 

An survey object area

  From 2005 Third Quarter to 2006 First Quarter：

    Government ordinance-designed major cities of three metropolises

  From 2006 Second Quarter to 2007 First Quarter：

    An area led by government ordinance-designed major cities of the whole country

  After 2007 Second Quarter：

    Prefectural office location cities of the whole country (land value info area)
