2.建設業許可制度

建設業許可 (Construction License) についての制度はない。

外国法人が現地法人または支店を作る場合、工業振興庁 (Industry Promotion Agency : API) オフィスに設立申告書を提出する。

事業登録は分野及び企業規模に応じて行う。

建設会社が支店を作る場合は、個別の工事契約に応じて個別の登録を取得する。
