Cabinet Agreement
Related administrative organs of the Japanese government will offer enabling support for the 3rd World Water Forum, managed by the World Water Council and the 3rd World Water Forum Steering Committee, to be held primarily in Kyoto and also in the Yodo Basin - Lake Biwa area, including Shiga and Osaka, from March 16 to March 23, 2003.

In addition, the Japanese government will host an international ministerial conference concurrent with the Forum, and related administrative organs will offer enabling support.
