閣僚級国際会議事務局から1月30-31日に開催されました、第2回非公式諮問会合についてご報告させて頂きます。この会合には95の国および21の国際機関の代表が集い、日本政府側も含めると、総勢300名ほどの参加者となりました。

 議論された内容は、(1)閣僚級国際会議の概要、(2)第3回世界水フォーラムとの連携、(3)閣僚宣言に盛り込まれるべき要素でした。

　参加者からは閣僚級国際会議がヨハネスブルグで開催された「持続可能な開発に関する世界首脳会議（WSSD）」及び過去に開催された世界水フォーラムの成果を基盤として前進すべきと強調する声が出ました。

　PWA（水行動集）については、PWA（水行動集）に含まれるべき行動計画の基準をより明確にする必要を指摘する意見が出ました。
