- Due to those reasons, it has become necessary to promote the formulation of a mid-term management plan in order to implement specific engagement and the creation of anticipated income and payout with a long-term vision that considers the durable years along with the execution of dividing an appropriate shared expenditure of public and private expenses.

*Public roles: Prevention of floods, improvement of the living environment and water quality preservation for public water regions.
