• Actively promoting the strengths of Japan's port development and operation through aggressive marketing, inviting high officials from partner countries, dispatching experts, holding seminars, etc., as well as providing continuous support for projects ordered by Japanese companies.
• Strengthening efforts for Japanese companies to participate not only in the development but also the operation of port projects through intergovernmental dialogue and cooperation with JICA and JOIN to realize continuous involvement in port business.
• Contributing to developing human resources and improving technological capabilities in partner countries by keeping orders for overseas projects to Japanese companies and transferring the technology to local companies and human resources involved in the project.
