Seminar “Japanese Experience on Remote Information System for Air Navigation” in Brasilia
~Unique “Remote Aeronautical Flight Information Service” will be introduced~

  Since 1974, Remote AFIS has been provided in Japan, to the aircraft flying around the very small airport by communicating with the remote ATS unit to support aircraft safety operation. Through this unique service, aircraft can get information which is necessary for aircraft operation such as weather information and traffic information.
  In order to share this experience, JCAB will hold the seminar responding the request from Secretaria de Aviação Civil, Presidência da República in Brazil.
