○Japan Residential property Price Index(JRPI) is based on the actual transaction data of residential property (approximately 300 thousand transactions every year) to provide indices by Region and Metropolitan Areas.
○MLIT publishes JRPI（Preliminary Figures for January 2014）.

○MLIT starts to publish index of Tokyo(from April 1998 to January 2014).
