| Chapter 6 Remedies in respect
of Citizens' Rights and Benefits |

In respect of complaint motions or legal
actions regarding citizens' protection measures or other remedial
actions related to citizens' rights and benefits, at the same time
as establishing a consultation office, MLIT will implement the required
measures on a case-by-case basis to ensure the prompt handling of
these matters. |

Written records relating to these procedures
will be kept in accordance with the MLIT Document Management Rules
(2001, MLIT Official Directive No. 2). Further to prevent the loss
or destruction of these documents in the event of an armed attack,
MLIT will pay particular attention to their custody, through measures
such as ensuring they are stored in a safe place. |
