Offshore Development project is composed of three phases.

Phase I Construction of New Runway A
Phase II Construction of West Terminal Area and related facilities
Phase III Construction of New Runways C and B, East Passenger Terminal Area and related facilities.

Construction of New Runway B and related Taxiways/Air Navigation Facilities are expected to be completed at the end of FY 1999. East Passenger Terminal is expected to be completed within FY 2003.
