◆Research and study on the overseas development of infrastructure systems according to the development stage of countries and virous cities

The purpose of this project is to understand problems and needs of partner countres, for companies in Japan aquiring bussiness in these countries.We focus on economy and Smart City projects in these country, and we will make data for convinient for strategy of future overseas infrastructure development.



◆Coordination among Mobility Plan and Urban Plans for Sustainable Reginal Economic Strategy

The purpose of this research is to identify the local mobility plans that contribute sustainable reginal economic strategy. Coordination among Mobility Plan and Urban Plans, other regional plan has effects to enable the formation of compact plus networks. This research includs wide-area cooperation among multiple local governments and human resource development.



◆Research and study on measures to reduce environmental impacts through coordination among logistics, urban infrastructure and transport infrastructure

This project aims to provide primary data to consider measures to reduce environmental loads, such as CO2 emissions caused by urban logistics-related activities. The project focuses on initiatives in Europe and other countries that aim to reduce environmental impacts through the coordination among logistics, urban infrastructure, and transport infrastructure utilizing new methodologies and technologies such as ICT.



◆Research on using business jets to meet a need for moving under the post-Covid19

The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for discussion to activate both utilization of local airports and regional development for generating new aviation demand corresponding to the user’s needs in the post pandemic by improving user environment of business jets/private jets less affected by Covid-19.




◆Research study on the collaboration between mobility services using ICT technologies and urban transport initiatives

This study aims to understand the actual situation and issues regarding the use of transport data, such as the activities of people and vehicles, collected by ICT technologies such as Mobility as a Service (MaaS), both domestic and abroad, provide basic data for studying how mobility should be linked to urban transport initiatives and how mobility can be improved from the perspective of using ICT technologies. The study also shows fundamental initiatives for studying the linkage between mobility and urban transport initiatives and the improvement of mobility from the perspective of the use of ICT technology.



◆Research study on the Promotion of Existing Housing Utilization and Its Effectiveness

By analyzing the factors preventing the appropriate utilization (including renewal) of existing housing and the effects of promoting its utilization from various perspectives, we will prepare basic data for studying the appropriate renewal of housing stock.



◆Research study on the utilization of public spaces and sustainable regional management

In this research, we will prepare basic data to examine the impact of public space use on urban functions, area value and citizens' lives, as well as the ideal way of public-private partnership that enables continuous and effective management and administrative support to achieve sustainable regional management.
