Term of permit validity
The term of validity for a construction work permit is five years. Because of this, a permit will become invalid if it is not renewed every five years. Applications for renewal must be made at the latest 30 days before the previously held permit expires.
Issuance of a permit certificate
A permit certificate is issued under the assumption that there may be times when a certificate proving one has a construction work permit is necessary, such as when it is a requirement to participate in tendering, or when, after application for renewal, it is demanded by a contracting organization for construction work or a contracting partner construction business to prove the permit status for the period after the original permit expires and before the application for renewal has been processed.
