Concerning rigorous observation of proper subcontracting, proper payment of moneys for subcontracts, and work execution management

This is a report of our request to the heads of constructing businesses to rigorously observe proper subcontracting and payment of subcontract moneys in the winter when the need for funds is expected to rise and our demand to prefectures to instruct construction businesses in order to secure proper payment of subcontractors.
We also demanded thorough observation of work execution management, as in recent years, there have been cases of improper work execution at large scale structures and of accidents occurring on sites.
