The Construction Work Dispute Committee is an institution for out-of-court resolution of disputes that was established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the prefectures based on the Construction Industry Law to settle disputes related to construction work contracts in an uncomplicated, quick, and proper manner without the need for a court.
