Visited the Metropolitan Expressway Traffic Control Center operated by Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited and the Outskirts of Tokyo Metropolitan Area Diversion Cannel which is one of the biggest flood prevention facilities in the world owned by MLIT. And observed how Japan is addressing issues concerning the urban transportation network improvement and the disaster prevention in urban areas. |
