The Future of Vehicle Safety for a Traffic Accident-Free Society
The following document is a provisional translation of the report, the result of the discussion at Technology and Safety Working Group, the Road Transport Subcommittee of Land Transport Committee of Transport Policy Council.
In this WG, the commissioners held several meetings to discuss future vehicle safety measures in light of "11th Fundamental Traffic Safety Program" and has complied the report on June 28, 2021. This report includes new numerical targets and vehicle safety measures for the future.
