The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism released Japan Property Price Index.

1.　Japan Residential Property Price Index (JRPPI) (April 2017)
○ JRPPI of March 2017 marked 110.6 (+3.1% increase by the same month in the previous year).

2.　Japan Commercial Property Price Index (JCPPI) (Q1 2017) ※revision
○ JCPPI of Q1 2017 marked 115.5 (+4.8% increase by the same period in the previous year).
