On February 23 (Wed., holiday), the United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) held its 50th anniversary symposium to discuss the future of regional development with the SDGs in perspective.
      Mr. Yoshioka, Vice-Minister for Engineering Affairs from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), introduced approaches to address the three key points of Safe, Smart and Sustainable under the theme of “Regional Development and Infrastructure.”
