The IT (Information Technology) Revolution is changing the economic society
of Japan in a vast way from not only a business activity perspective but
also from the citizens' daily lives by making it possible to process huge
amounts of information unimaginable in conventional terms both super quickly
and cheaply. In one way it improves productivity and provides more leisure
time to citizens' lives, however on the other hand, it is placing demand
for integration of the old systems of many socioeconomic fields into a
