As the present changes take place within Japanese society, our conventional undifferentiated production system has begun to function less and less, and as an end result, the Japanese style of management characterized by group cooperation can no longer take advantage of those factors meaning no original business developments are forthcoming. Furthermore, now that Japan has caught up with the West economically wise, the citizens of Japan are now demanding more original and liberal type salutation individually with a conscious breakaway from the old social and organization practices.

2. Additionally, modern-day society has pursued both convenience and effectiveness and now faces the following issues that cannot be resolved through only a partial response: •Worsening of Environmental Problems Nowadays as global environmental problems intensify and question the roots of modern society, which has presumed the large-scale consumption of natural resources as the cause, we are no longer able to respond to such problems using conventional parts. Instead, we now require the nation as a whole to come together and respond by changing the socio-economic system.
