(Measures Against Noise)

　 　 Environmental standard against the air craft noise is stipulated to be that the noise of the aircrafts around the airport should finally accomplish the level below 70 to 75 WECPNL as shown in (Table 3-(2)-2). To achieve this environmental standard, the Ministry of Transport is making the maximum efforts in such areas as the compensations for the antinoise construction projects and the removal of dwellings into other areas, development of substitute land, introduction of the aircraft with a greater capacity and lower noise, and the research on the noise-abating manner of the aircraft operation.
