@ @ With the increased national income standard, diversified lifestyles and the increase in free time resulting from shorter working time, etc., needs towards transport services have also become more sophisticated and diversified. Users are now demanding various types of services meeting their tastes. Especially recently, more and more users tend to pursue spiritual affluence instead of materialistic wealth, and would pay more for high quality services.(Fig. 32). On the other hand, recently, because respective factors surrounding transport services such as the recent insufficient labor force, environmental problems, etc. are clearly visible, problems faced in expanding services infinitely cannot be denied. Thus, it is important to work towards increasing choices for the users to make while balancing these restrictive factors and the needs of users, For example, setting relative high travel fares and lodging expenses for services which require intensive labor and high costs.
