1 For an attractive Ship-building Industry

    Based on the Council for Rationalization of Shipping and Ship-building of the December 1991 report which called for an end to recession policy and a shift to measures aimed at creating an attractive industry, while maintaining long-term stability of demand and supply under international cooperation. Japan's ship-building industry intends to rebuild the industrial base international responsibilities as a leading problems. 3 Promoting the Policy for ship machinery and equipment industries
    Like the ship-building industry, the rebuilding of the industrial base, the setting up of a system with stable supply, the development of a system for technological development, and the promotion of international co-operation have to be improved.
