〜From a new perspective! Arakawa No. 1 Retention Basin Guided Tour〜

You can visit the facilities managed by the Arakawa Joryu　River Office.
Why not visit places that you normally can’t see?
・The facilities control flood waters on the Arakawa River and supply water for daily life.
・In addition to an explanation of the facilities at the Saiko Nature Learning Center inside the Arakawa No. 1 Retention Basin, you will be guided through the facilities in the basin.
* The Saiko Nature Learning Center can be freely visited between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (no application required).
Closed the 2nd, 4th and 5th Monday of each month (excluding national holidays),-last day of each month (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays), and New Year’s holiday (December 29-January 4).
* The building may be closed due to construction until March 2018. Please check the details at the center.
