Support for environmental protection

Support to establish a public transportation system for ASEAN countries

Background and purpose

It has been a growing problem that many cities in developing countries have experienced drastically increased road traffic causing gridlock and air pollution. Although, in order to solve the problem, we need to promote environmental traffic safety measures and encourage the use of mass transit, in developing countries, skills, experiences and know-how are inadequate to form an appropriate agenda.
This project supports the investigation and analysis of the current situation of urban traffic systems in developing countries and provides our country's environmental traffic information. At the same time, we give advice to promote the implementation of effective traffic circumstances in the context of the actual situation in those countries.
