To stand against the traffic accidents occurring frequently and thus insure traffic safety is imperative above all tasks imposed upon the government. Thus, the government is exerting every effort toward such end with as large an amount as \154,700,000,000 appropriated for the traffic safety measures (11.0 percent increase over the previous year) along with adjustments and provisions in the area of legal system.
