U.S.-Japan Tourism Year 2024

The U.S. and Japan have designated the period from January 2024 to March 2025 as the "U.S.-Japan Tourism Year” with the aim of recovering and expanding mutual tourism exchanges that have declined due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will work together with the public and private tourism sectors to promote travel, tourism, and cultural exchanges between the United States and Japan throughout the Tourism Year.
