As shown in Table II-(III)-3, the warehouses area for the fiscal year of 1973 has increased except that of water timber pond warehouses. Moreover, on space volume of warehousing, ordinary warehouses show an increase of 5.95qo in comparison to the preceding fiscal year and refrigeration warehouses show an increase of 20.5% in comparison to the preceding fiscal year. On utility rate, however, it is 74% for ordinary warehouses and 51% for refrigeration warehouses and the appropriate utility rate (657o for ordinary warehouse and 45% for refrigeration warehouses)) are exceeded. This fact indicates that the construction of warehousing has not yet caught up with the increase of storage demand. (Table II-(III)-4)
