Report Tabled From the Council for Transport Policy and the Council for Transport Technology into Establishing a Basis for Transport Policy and Transport Technics for the 2lst Century (June 1991)

　 　 The Minister of Transport presented the Council for Transport Policy with a request for an inquiry covering basic themes of transport policy in the 1990's as a prepatory stage for the 2lst Century, in November 1989. By June 1991 the Council had tabled 10 reports on various policies.
　 　 The Minister of Transport then presented the Council for Transport Technics with an inquiry in April 1991. This aimed at clarifying long-term technical measures required to deal with the Council for Transport Policy's report.
　 　 The Council tabled its report in June 1991, in which it defined technological measures required to implement the policies in question, through to the 21st Century.
