　 　 In addition to promoting the expansion of consolidated service by efficient transport by trucking companies rather than individual transport by private trucks seen so far in cities and districts, the improvement of joint distribution centers is also being promoted.
　 　 Moreover, through special tax exemption measures, etc. based on the "Smaller Enterprises Distribution Efficiency Promotion Law" which took effect in October 1992, distribution efficiency plans of smaller enterprises are being given financial support.
