大野醤油工場見学ツアー
大野では、長い間にわたり醤油製造が行われてきた。この地区で生産された醤油は、甘味と塩味のバランスのよさで知られている。

Soy sauce has long been produced in Ono. The soy sauce from this area is known for its balance of sweet and salty flavors.
Yamato Koji Park includes a factory, shop, restaurant, and museum. Visitors can tour the former factory to see its traditional production methods and tools, including the huge barrels where soy sauce was fermented. Try soy sauce-flavored ice cream or a lunch featuring fermented foods.
Naogen, another soy sauce company in the area, offers factory tours. It operates a cafe and shop selling various soy sauce-related items, such as salad dressings, rice crackers, and candies.
