篠山でハイキングする
高知県と愛媛県の県境にある標高1,065メートルの篠山は、足摺宇和海国立公園の素晴らしいハイキングコースの一つです。第一駐車場から頂上までの1kmのトレイルは1時間ほどで歩けます。4月下旬から5月上旬にかけては道沿いにアケボノツツジ、シャクナゲその他たくさんの花が咲いて特に綺麗です。

Hiking Mt. Sasayama
The 1,065-meter Mt. Sasayama, located on the border of Kochi and Ehime prefectures, is one of Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park’s top hiking destinations. The 1-kilometer trail from Parking Lot One to the summit can be walked in about an hour and is particularly beautiful from late April to early May, when akebono azaleas, rhododendrons, and many other flowers bloom along its route.
