この車椅子でも利用できる短いコースは、松林を抜けて海を見下ろす崖の上にある展望台まで続いています。展望台からは、雷岩の高さ30メートルにおよぶ崖肌が一望できます；雷岩は、浸食によって岩に空いた穴の中で、空気が波に圧縮されて生じる深い轟音にちなんで名付けられました。雷岩と海岸の間の乱曝谷では、青い海と打ち寄せる波の白い泡がドラマチックなコントラストを生み出しています。また、展望台からは北の方角に広がる入り組んだリアス式海岸のパノラマの景色も望めます。

This short, wheelchair-accessible course passes through a pine forest to an observatory on a cliff overlooking the sea. The observatory offers an unobstructed view of the 30-meter-high cliff face of Kaminariiwa Rock (Thunder Rock), named for the deep booming sound made by waves compressing air in holes formed in the rock by erosion. Between the rock and the shore is Ramboya Gorge, where the blue sea and the white foam of the crashing waves create a dramatic contrast. The observatory also offers a panoramic view of the rugged ria coast to the north.
