隅田川テラス
約28kmの長さにわたって隅田川の両岸に設置された東京の区のうち6つを縦断する隅田川テラスの散歩は、浅草のウォーターフロントを楽しむのに最適な方法です。このテラスのなまこ壁は、江戸時代 (1603年 – 1867年) に幕府が米を備蓄していたこの地域の古い倉庫と同じ様式で建造されています。ここからは隅田川と東京スカイツリーの素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、また、ジョギングやゆっくりとした散歩にも最適な場所です。桜の木が花をつける春には特に美しくなります。

Sumida River Terrace
Strolling the Sumida River Terrace, which lines both sides of the river for some 28 kilometers across six of Tokyo’s wards, is an excellent way to enjoy the Asakusa waterfront. The namako white stone and lattice walls of the terrace are constructed in the same style as the old warehouses in the area, where the government’s rice stores were kept during the Edo period (1603–1867). It offers good views of the river and Tokyo Skytree and is an excellent place for jogging or leisurely walks. It is especially beautiful in spring, when the cherry trees are in bloom.
