救助院について（旧製粉工場）
製粉工場は、ド・ロ神父によってこの地域にもたらされました。ここでは、マカロニや素麺を作るための小麦粉が生産されました。当初は、川の近くに建てられていましたが、その後救助院の敷地内に移築されました。

The Old Flour Mill
The Flour Mill was first introduced to this region by Father de Rotz (1840–1914). It was used to create white flour for macaroni and somen noodles. Initially it had been built by the river but was later moved to the grounds of the Aid Center.
