ウミガメがいるビーチ
座間味島の西に位置する阿真ビーチは、１０月末までライフセーバーがいる２つのビーチの内の１つです。水深がとても浅いので、満潮時にくるのがベストです。そうすることで、この地域によく来るウミガメに出会えるチャンスも増えます。シュノーケリングにも適していますし、ビーチは、ガヒ、安慶名敷、安室といった無人島を望む景色も最高です。
ビーチのすぐ裏には、キャンプ場と10人まで宿泊できるコテージの集まりがあります。テントや寝袋、マットを借りることができ、バーベキュー、台所、トイレ、シャワーの設備があります。

Beach with Sea Turtles
Located in the west of Zamami Island, Ama Beach is one of two beaches on the island with lifeguards on duty. It is best to come at high tide since the water is quite shallow. Doing so will also increase your chances of encountering one of the sea turtles who frequent the area. The snorkeling is good and the beach has nice views over the nearby uninhabited islands of Gahi, Agenashiku, and Amuro.
Immediately behind the beach is a campground and a cluster of cottages which sleep up to ten people. You can rent tents, sleeping bags, and mats, and there are barbecue, kitchen, toilet, and shower facilities.
